She is shooting the video next week in Los Angeles and the name of the song is “Insatiable”. I think the release date is sometime this month! Sources say it has an ’80s vibe–sounds cool!

Cheryl NOT going back to maiden name
Cheryl is going to stay as Cheryl Cole because she feels that is how she is most recognized. I personally like the way it sounds, but Tweedy is so cute! Oh well. Cheryl’s second album being worked on now and Nadine’s album should be out in October. I’m very excited to hear Nadine’s solo album!

Water is healthy
I like to drink water because it is healthy and not full of sugar or caffeine. But to make water even more refreshing, put a slice of cucumber in it! I sliced up a cuke and put it in my Britta pitcher!

SAC is Back!
Alicia Sacramone is out of retirement and competed at the American Classic this weekend in Chicago. She looks fantastic and has actually IMPROVED her vault. Same vault from 2008, but cleaner and even higher! I’m so excited to see Alicia and really hope she can hold on 2 more years for the London 2012 Olympics. Go Sac!
